First Sessions
A foundational clearing for grounding, release, and healing.
In the first couple of sessions working with me, we will focus on addressing and clearing the main cosmic and earth energy channels.
These channels support the natural flow of energy through the body. It is through this flow that healing, release, and letting go can begin to happen.
You can expect the first session to be centered around cleansing, harmonizing, and strengthening these main channels so your energy system can feel more grounded, open, and balanced.

Start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to see if we're a good fit.
In person in Port Townsend, virtually via Zoom or WhatsApp, or through distance healing.
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes.
Sessions may be recorded, or you're welcome to take notes.
